My mouse keeps doubleclicking

Very annoying, it makes me close to unable to use Excel, " edit " and "enter " i constantly switching between each other in the corner. When i try to click on a folder or something like my computer, it double click like you can write in a new name.

I am sure its my computer thats doing it, I tried to change mouse and it double clicked also, so i changed to yet another, one that i know works fine because i use it on my school laptop, and it double clicked or wont stop clicking

I use windows Vista, please help very very annoying issue

Sorry if this was the wrong category, i couldn't find the mice category

Edit: Change the speed didn't work. Also i forgot to mention that this kicks in after the computer has been on for few minutes.

Go into mouse settings and change double click speed and see if that helps
