i have a gtx 1070 and a i5 6600k with a 144hz Monitor
and a razer deathadder chroma and 16 gig of ram and My motherboard is msi z170a gaming m5 my ssd is samsung ssd 850 evo my hard drive is western digital caviar 1tb
my case is nzxt s340

Does it stutter around even just in Windows or only in games? If only in games, which games, or is it all of them?
