My laptop is boot looping and i got into bios and have a flash drive with windows I just dont know what to do after

im pass that part now
it keeps saying when I download windows Windows has to restart your pc

Did you have an update to the system and did it say it had to update the firmware or something like that? If so, I would allow it to finish the booting up, until its completed the firmware update, any interruption to the firmware update might lead the laptop to be bricked

I had a similar thing. Kind of worrying when you see that, considering I've been with one manufacturer for the best part of 20 years and that's not happened once with them
