my msi r9 380 idle temp

my msi r9 380 gaming 4g idle temp. is this fine? I tried using msi afterburner to let the fan spin even if its on idle but when I play the gpu usage will fluctuate.

That seems to be normal if it's running less than 90 degrees Celsius.
