My new asus rog strix rtx 3060 ti is blinking red suddenly and my pc is working fine, could someone explain what is going on?

Do you put the pc in sleep mode instead of shutting it off? You can try shutting of psu power, unplug the power cords to the 3060 then plug them back in, then turn on psu, then pc.
