New build:
970A-UD3P Gigabyte mobo
1 4 GB gskill ram
AMD FX 4300 CPU
PowerColor 5450 1GB radeon graphics card
Logisys 480W PSU
I hooked everything up out of the case to make sure all the parts were working, of course they weren't. No video, no beeps, (I plugged in case speaker). The only thing that's working are the fans. I don't believe there are any LED's on the mobo to visually inspect. With so many DOA complaints at Newegg I expected nothing less.
So I've went through this checklist here, and I have installed everything correctly:

I read another post that mentioned removing video card and ram to see if there are any beep codes. I did, and none. The fans are working on the PSU and the processor (the only two I have hooked up). But nothing else appears to be happening. What does that mean exactly? Is this an indicator that the PSU is working, or not necessarily?
TIA
