Question My new build keeps freezing indefinitely

When booting to begin the windows installation it just freezes. It is fine in the bios and runs well but everything outside of that after a few freezes.

I tried leaving out the gpu, swapping ram, switching drives, reseating cpu, reinstalling the boot on my usb ,and replugging cords. I’m looking for any possible help.

i9 9900k
rtx 2080
Asus rog strix z370 e gaming
H100i RGB Platinum
Rosewill 750w bronze
2 HDDs
16GB set of trident z ram
600p intel m.2 1 TB
Adata 250 GB m.2

That's not very good, especially compared to the rest of the system. Might be your problem. Also,

Yeah I tried a different power supply earlier so it’s not that. And I made sure about everything on that post I’m guessing it’s a mobo problem so I’m going to try a different one

A corsair and Antec. I figured it out yesterday it is something with the motherboard because I swapped it out and now everything works. Any ideas on the possible problems it could have?
