My new build need advise please :(

First off I need something that is a core 2 duo setup or anything else that is dual core. Something that I can oc is even better. I am looking for something that will play Dark Age of Camelot without the lag (hoping some daoc folks are here to help also) .
Budget wise hoping for 1k or less the cheaper the better actually.
Need all the parts and pci-e video card with at least one vga connection, dvd burner. Not looking for a monitor keyboard speakers mouse.
