My new Build - Will it run?

Here are some pics of my parts. i wanted to have the computer under $1400 AUD. I live in australia so the parts are more expensive. I was not sure between windows 7 or 8, any suggestions? Will this run BF3 at more than 60fps (1080p).

Change the Motherboard to Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 It's bang for the buck for the price.
