My new build won’t post

I put my mother board together with the ram cpu and sad and power supply put together I powered in the power supply and the ram turned on then I jump booted the mother board and the cpu cooler that comes with the ryzen cpu flickered red and the fan kinda spun

Power supply
EVGA 550 B3, 80 Plus BRONZE 550W, Fully Modular, EVGA ECO Mode, Compact 150mm Size, Power Supply 220-B3-0550-V1


Cpu:
AMD RYZEN 7 2700 8-Core 3.2 GHz (4.1 GHz Max Boost) Socket AM4 65W YD2700BBAFBOX Desktop Processor

Ssd:
Kingston A400 2.5" 120GB SATA III TLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) SA400S37/120G

Are any of the parts refurbished, if not, do you have a code that pops up anywhere on the board when booting?

First off try clearing the CMOS. That can be done by jumper, button, or by removing the CMOS battery from the motherboard for a minute or so.
