Question My new build wont appear on screen. Why not?

So I recently built a new budget pc and it turns on and even the keyboard lights up when I turn it on, but nothing shows on my screen. I already tried it without GPU and switching the RAM and switching SATA cables installing windows or chip drivers nothing has worked.
Here are my specs. Please help if you can.
Gigabyte b560m ds3h v2
Crucial p1 500gb SSD
Silicon Power Value Gaming DDR4 RAM 16GB (8GBx2)
EVGA 100-BR-0500-K1 500 BR, 80+ Bronze
Intel CPU BX8070110100F Core i3-10100F
Asus hd7770-2gd5 graphics card
