So basically I bought a new computer, a Fujitsu Esprimo P410. But into starting to use this machine I noticed lag spikes on smaller games.

Now listen carefully.
I can play CsGo with about 40-50fps on medium settings on this machine.
But a simple game like geometry dash is lagging (which is what I play the most).
I would want to say that it is my monitor. since its very old.
And I had problems with it on my old computer til I changed the resolution to the PC's standard
1360x768. I tried the same for this one 2560x1600. But my monitor couldn't handle the resolution
so I am using 1440x900 at the moment.

And no My CPU is at maximum 25% when playing anything if id look at the task manager. Its not very high at all.

Well the specs are:
Graphics: INTEL HD GRAPHICS 1696MB
Hardrive: 500 GB 3,5" Sata
Internal Memory/ram: 4096 MB DDR3
Processor: INTEL PENTIUM DUAL CORE G2020 2.9GHZ

Most of the time Lagging has nothing to do with the monitor and is caused by hardware or software. Now you said that you have a very old LCD or something. Newer LED's-LCDs will not cause any LAG you are actually playing games using Intel HD Graphics 2500 witch is a weak onboard graphics engine.

So your saying that my Intel HD Graphics Card is the problem? So you would consider buying a new one?
Since I forgot to mention that my old "laptop" had an Amd Graphics card... Can that be it?

Are you using your laptop connected to a monitor?

No, I used too. I got a Desktop 2 days before this post.
My old pc (laptop) have an Amd Radeon Hd 8500M graphics card.
This new built has an Intel® Pentium® CPU G2020 @ 2.90GHz graphics card
