its going to be a gaming pc and my buget is about $1350

If it's mainly for gaming I'd go with the i5 4690k and overclock it to speeds of the 4790k they will have similar gaming performance so it's best to save that extra $100. Also do you need a monitor/os? (If you already have monitors, what resolution will you be playing at eg. 4k, 1440, 1080p etc)

If you're gaming at 1440p then a build like this would suit you, if at 1080p then it's overkill.
