My new custom pc wont work

Ok so i have finally built my pc but it isnt booting it is just showing yellow color on the motherboard and i dont know what to do. I have tried to reset my bios and mpre but npthing helps. Pls help me.

is it the rgb that is lighting up? is there anything on the screen or is it blank?

No it isnt turning on and it isnt rgb...

And the systems specs are?

What are the components?
Have you looked if your bootdrive or any drive is connected?
Have you looked at the psu?
Are there any fans that are spinning?

My specs are: ryzen 7 1700 with stock cooler, asus prime b450m-a , evga 500w bq, gigabyte 580 8gb, toshiba 240gb ssd, wd blue 1tb 64mb 7200 rpm, be quiet! Purewings 2 140 mm (extra fan) , corsair 2x4 gb 2400 mhz ram and a phanteks eclipse p350x

Also there isnt any fans spinning just a yellow light wich i think isnt good

have you tried plugging the video cabble in the mobo instead of the gpu?
