Question My new Gaming PC Is slow. Help

Hello, I recently built a gaming pc like a month ago, and right off the bat of building it, it was working great and i was super impressed, But after around the half way mark around the month, i started noticing drastic changes like i would boot up fortnite and usually get 300 fps, now was getting barely 100. So i deleted everything and downloading a fresh copy of windows 10. I have a LAN connection. I have my userbenchmark, but everything looks good on there. I dont know the problem but please help, i'll post the benchmark and the specs below.

There were 2 other built in fans with my case.
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700x
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240L RGB 66.7 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
MotherBoard: MSI X470 GAMING PLUS ATX AM4
Memory: G.Skill Aegis 16gb (2 x 8gb) (I have 32 gigs, so i got 4 8gb sticks)
HDD: Seagate BarrraCuda 1 TB
VideoCard: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1070 8 GB Video Card
PowerSupply: EVGA 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply
Operating System: Windows 10 Home

turn on xmp/docp memory profile in bios
