I wanted to be up to 1500€ without Case,SSD and HDD. I live in Germany.
The CPU is actualy Intel Core i5-4690k not Intel Core i5-4690
are the MoBo and GPU ok? or are there better alternatives?

There's only two z97 mobos to choose from on that pcpartpicker, so you don't really have another option.

Manufacturers have made good boards and bad boards, but for z97 socket boards, the asus z97-a and the msi z97-g55 sli are thought to be very good for the money.

1, you don't need water cooling, the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO will be fine
2, cheaper Ripjaws X exist
3, try to get a 780 Ti if you can
other than that, you're good to go!

What manufacturer for the graphics should I go for?
And is the power source too big?

The card you have chosen is good, the motherboard is fine anyway, maybe get rid of the water cooler and use the money to get a 780 or a r9 290x
