my Helium 14 laptop just lost its cursor for 18 hours now how can i resolve this? Please

is the touchpad turned off.
on some laptops you can disable the touchpad with a Fn key combination. look at the F keys and see if there is that feature on your laptop.
the disable feature is to prevent the cursor moving all over the place while typing, very annoying.
