Question My new high end pc isnt working good

RTX3070 8Gt
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-core
Motherboard AMD B550
PSU 550Wats have tried 750Wats 80Gold but no difference
16Gt ram speed 3200

I dont know if my problem is stuttering but when i do 180 or 360 in Fortnite or other bigger games it lags or sum

And sorry if this is bad post i dont know what should i tell or say

My standard advice is to double check all the temps and speeds. CPU, GPU, RAM. Make sure everything is running at the speeds they are supposed to be, at temps that won't kill anything.

i know its not working well because my friend has same pc and it works normally and my old pc worked better but low fps
temps are good i think and speeds how do i chekch them but ram speed is good 3200

I'm sorry, but we need examples. X FPS at Y resolution. Friend gets XYZ to my ABC.

HWmonitor or CPUz/GPUz can give you speeds. You need to make sure things are running as they should.

Does your monitor support G-Sync or compatible with?
If not are you using V-Sync or have a frame limit set?

i can record my gameplay to you and use Ryzen master so you can see my cpu temps and that stuff if u want
CPU core speed 3500-4100 when having R6 open i dont know if that affect spped but yeah
CPU bus speed 99.80Mhz

I use g-sync and fast sync and triple buffering at the same time that works best but still bad and my monitor is 240Hz and fps lock is 200 or 240

Turn off triple buffering, it adds lag.

Everything is performing below what it should be. As I said in my first post, you need to doublecheck the speeds and temps. Make sure the ram is running in dual channel, and at 3200MHz. Double check everything, report back what they are running at. Please don't just say you checked everything and it's fine.

Umm i have checked every thing but my cpu is at 80-85hot and EDC is maxed out every time i am playing allmost and gpu is like 50hot so its good and about speeds cpu at 4GHz and memory 3200MHz

85C is too hot. I'd try lowering the temps. It's supposed to turbo to 4.4GHz.

What cooler are you using? Who attached it? Have you cleaned the heatsink from any dust that might be on it? Is the fan spinning?

I dont know what cooler it is, how do i check it. And i haven’t cleaned it because i’ve had my pc for 2 months and yeah it is spinning

I can do all that tomorrow cause i am going to sleep now but is think my motherboard is AMD B550 i am not shure about that. And my Task manager says i have 16gt ram and so does my settings and so does geforce

That's just a chipset name. There are probably hundreds of different manufacturer/model boards with this chipset.
