My new laptop's Pcmark score is no where near the review ones?

Hello. Recently I purchased a refurbished Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga 14 Laptop. Almost all of the reviews state that on Pcmark, the Thinkpad should get around 4,700. I recently ran this test twice, once after updating my graphics driver, and I only got 2,537. This seems like a HUGE difference.
Is this a case for using my warranty? Thanks for any help!

Other information- I just did a reinstall of the operating system, so it's basically clean

Well the "Refurbished" part may have something to do about it, are you sure that all the components are the same as in the one that's in the review?

Did you install all the drivers from Lenovo or just the video? If only video, install the rest, chipset, audio, network, etc... Also make sure you run the test with wall power not battery only. And make sure the review system has the same CPU and video card as yours.
