[SOLVED] My new logitech mouse not working

I recently bought a new Logitech mouse g502 and suddenly it stopped working. I tried everything, updated the drivers, updated the window and even used the online click test tool https://clickingspeedtester.com/butterfly-click-test/ and still, it is not working. Does anyone know the solution? Please help me

Maybe it just died ? Can you try it on another PC ?

Looking up the mouse, it's not a wireless mouse.

I've created a multi-part solution.

1. Try another USB port (that port might have issues, on almost every computer theres atleast 1 lemon USB port)
2. Gently swab the sensor with a Q-tip. These mice are dust magnets, and dust getting into your mouse can cause it to stop working as the sensor is blocked.
3. Restart WIndows
4. Try it on a different computer
