Question My new Monitor gets stuck at Mag Screen?

I just bough FO27Q3 and it looks great. I just put the screen on top my table and plugged cables in and was raring to go.

But it gets stuck at MAG screen? What the hell is this?

My PC works just finee and I ve been using it since over a year.

My previous monitor was 248QG 24". It works allright!

I put both hdmi and then dp and neighter of them worked. I can see the bios screen so hardware looks fine but cant even see the windows loading screen?
