three days ago I changed my gpu and was running dual monitors and everything was fine, until today when I bought a new monitor and replaced one of the old ones. I still have one of my old monitors and if I were to drag a game on that monitor and exit and enter full screen the black screen won’t appear, but if I enter and exist a game on my new monitor it goes black for a few seconds. What could this possibly be?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

We're going to need some more context, what GPU did you have and what did you swap over to? Did you use DDU to remove your prior GPU drivers before swapping over your GPU to manually reinstall with the latest GPU drivers?

I had a 3090 and switched over to a 3080 ti fe. Yes I did use ddu, I watched a video followed step by step, I’ve used ddu before and everything was working. For theree days after swapping to the 3080ti everything was okay, it was only when I got a new monitor this started happening. Right now currently I have a new monitor and one of my old ones, but somehow my old one also started to turn on and off every time I made a game full screen. Before getting this monitor it was fine. It’s a rig swift pro pg248 540hz. The power supply isn’t the original but it still fits in the hole. Idk if that can cause issues, it is a lot more powerful than the power supply the monitor originally comes with
