My new MSI GE60 laptop is running at 100% Disk usage

My new MSI GE60 laptop is running at 100% Disk usage at all times. I have tried to add more virtual RAM and removing it entirely which did not help at all.
Specs: I5 4200M, GTX 750m, 6 GB RAM, 500GB HDD. I don't know how to fix it. Hope someone can help.

What antivir are you using? I had some problems with AVG Antivir until i disabled the continuous computer scan.
And have you tried disabling "superfetch" and "windows search"? (Last post in this thread: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-1763284/windows-100-disk-usage.html)
