Yes, its in the BIOS.

From the internet search, this is what I found...
  1. Press "Del" when the ASUS or ROG logo appears to enter the BIOS.
  2. Go to Advanced\AMD fTPM configuration page and switch "TPM Device Selection" option to "Firmware TPM".
  3. Press F10 to save changes & reboot.
or this one ...
Click the UEFI Firmware settings option.
Click the Restart button.
Click the advanced, security, or boot settings page, depending on the motherboard.
Select the TPM 2.0 option and choose the Enabled option

I turned on tpm and security boot, but it's still not working... what do I do wrong?? huh?

As far as I know, you dont need to register the Windows 10 install with a product key, so I would think (although I cannot confirm) that you can still install win 10, then see if it meets requirements for win11.
or...., does the Windows 11 install tell you whats wrong or missing from your system ?
or...wait for another forum member to offer help here.
