Question My new PC does not start.

Hi guys,
I have bought a new Gamer PC.
This is my problem:

If I switch on the PC all LEDS and fans are starting. But nothing more, not the monitor nor the keyboard. Win10 does not load.

So I switch it off and push the power button again to start it all.
If I am lucky everything is ok the first time, sometimes after 2 or 3 tries.

This is the built:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700x
MB: Asrock Fital1ty AB 350
Memory: 16 GB G.Skill Tridentz 3000Mhz
SSD: Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500GB
GPU: Gigabyte RTX 2060
And Lepa 500W 80+ Bronze

PS: Its all in a small ITX case, so the cables are not stashed that neat, I also noticed a loose wire, but it doesnt affect anything else

Hi, I would test different power supply, if possible.

I would definitely try an actual, quality, power supply. That one is very poor quality. Also, that board might need a bios update, to run a 2700x. You really should have paired it with a B450 board.

I opened the case to check everything. the GPU was not connected properly.

And the PSU is actually a Thermaltake Smart RGB 500W, which is still average I assume

Thanks, but updating the bios is a bit tricky, not? Read some horror stories

It is possible for them to fail. If you are still not booting, you probably have little choice in the matter. It would require a 1st gen CPU, to do it, though. Other option is return, and get a proper B450 board.
