Question My new pc freezes when I boot it

So I built a new computer, it didn't boot at all at first because of some bent socket pins. I fixed that so it boots now but it freezes when windows is preparing for an automatic repair. The PC itself doesn't turn off before it freezes but the lighting on my keyboard does turn off and on and I hear my headphones beeping, indicating that they're receiving power, right before everything freezes. I've already tried to test each ram stick on its own but that didn't help. My boot drive is a Seagate 1tb HDD but I wanted to migrate windows to a Samsung 860 qvo 1tb. Does anyone have an idea what could be happening?

Asus rog strix z390-e gaming
16 gb of g-skill trident z @ 3200 mHz
