[SOLVED] My new pc gives a beeping sound

Motherboard H310M
Ram xpg DDR 8GB
Gpu. MSI RX 470 4GB
So i bought a new PC with this configuration. It starts normally, but when I open steam ( for gaming, or updating) it gives a beeping sound continuously.

Well I think I my disk usage is 100 % when it makes beeping sound, and my pc gets stuck at the same time. I think the sound is a single short beep at regular time interval.
My motherboard is of msi

could it be the HDD that is beeping?

Could it be DRAM failure ??? It says the beeping sounds is due to problem with DRAM

easy enough to test. remove the RAM and try to boot, same error?

Canned Grounding Rant-
shut down system and remove side panel. with the power cable plugged into the PSU touch a bare unpainted metal area of the case. (my favorite spot is an unpainted screw securing the PSU) once you have grounded yourself you can unplug the computers power cable from the PSU and can touch the system.
if you move your feet, or shuffle in your chair, plug in the cord, reground yourself and unplug again.
