My new PC I built wont start!

Hi I have the Asus 990fx Sabertooth, and my computer will not post.

This was my first computer build so I more than likely made a mistake somewhere.

One problem I have is that I do not hear beeps. I dont even know if I installed the internal speaker properly. The documentation was awful!

Someone please help me

okay nevermind I found out about something called Q connector.

My next question is about the Asus 6950. I dont know what power cables go into it because documentation is not easy to find : / It has a 4 and 8 pin connector. Do I use both? I have some short converter cable for the 8 pin from a molex.
