Question my new pc just became slow help

i instaled a new liquid cooler 2 weeks ago and now everything is chopie, and slow at loading, internets not the issue, all tempetures are normal but wene i reboot it says the connection on the cooler might not be good or not enought termal paste, help please, i can support and send the stats of my hardware reader if needed.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs like so:

Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

I'd suggest that you take a look at the connectors for your AIO and the temps within BIOS. You should also state what the make and model of your liquid cooler is. Perhaps see if you maybe overtightened the mounting screws for the cooler...?

its a gamdias e1a 120. and i put new termal past, and were running better now i havent had the time to do a full test, thank you, still very helpfull
