Question My new pc shuts down every time lunches any game

CPU : i5 12600 KF
CPU fan: Noctua redux
gigabyte Z690 DDR4 UD AX
RAM : Teamforec 3600 kit (2x16GB)
VGA : AMD rx580 8G
System drive m2 NVME 512 ssd
Power Supply : cougar 1200

I have upgrades bios to latest version
every time i try to play game like sniper ghost warrior my pc shutdown i have applied xmp profile 1 to ram and cpu gaming mode
When changes the cpu to defualt its working fine
Any suggestions why this happened ???

It's a good idea to state the BIOS version.

Power Supply : cougar 1200
Cougar is the brand of the unit, while 1200 is the advertised wattage of the unit. Might want to mention the model of said unit(and it's age if it's been in service).
