My new pc wont turn on or give any signal

My pc was just built and it doesnt turn on. no led incidicator, nothing. I have everything, i checked the psu works i tested it, but i get nothing. here are the specs

B250 msi mobo
gtx 1050ti
i5 7500
8gb ram 2x4 sticks
ssd
hard drive
an s340 case

Please someone help me

How good is the battery? Try taking it out and putting back in.
