AMD FX 8320
HyperX 8GB RAM 1600MHz
2 AMD HD 7950's.
XFX 850W PSU 80+ Bronze

Main questions is: Is the PSU enough for my 2 7950's?

That psu is more than enough. Two 7950s need 700W.the The XFX is a high quality psu.
