I am looking for someone who is very technical savy and can help me out with a problem i have.
This is my motherboard

This is my CURRENT Ram Sticks
http://www.ebay.com/itm/1GB-Qimonda...0265347?pt=US_Memory_RAM_&hash=item43ca811283
And this is the ram stick i purchased.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/160673304651
But the Ram stick i purchased does not fit into my motherboard slot. The notch near the center of the Ram Stick is slightly off. I know this can be caused due to the ram stick not being 240pin but instead a 184pin BUT the ram stick is 240pin. Does anyone know what specification causes the notch to be put in a slightly different place so i dont make the same mistake in the future???
