Please be more specific and give more details.

What type pc is it?Desktop? Laptop? Was it custom built for you, or was it pre built? What is the brand name/model? What does it seem to freeze?

More specific details will needed in order to help you, but there are plenty of knowledgeable users here who will be able to help when more details are given 😉

its desktop

More info please.
Like any beep, bule screen etc...
What cooler are you using for your processor (May be a heat issue).

its like the pc stay silent and you cant move anything and i press power button like for 5 secs or more to make it shutdown psu model

Rs-500-pcar-I3

im also using windows 7

the pc crash like 4 times crashed 3 times playing so Mmo games and once while i only opened only chrome

Thanks for the info. Need more details.
1. Have you made any changes to your system recently like any software (/driver) installation ([strike]or any hardware upgrade[/strike]).
2. It started freezing after ? days you bought the PC.
3. How much time it takes for the system to freeze after boot or it happens reandomly.

You can install hardware monitoring software like hwinfo and log the temps and other info.
[strike]If you purchased the PC only a week ago, you can return it and get a new one.[/strike]
(Waiting for others to comment ;-) ).

i went to bios from a 30 min temperature that 39-42 max
i updated bios too from f3 to f4 ,also i update my graphics driver when the problem happened this the only software that i made on pc , it also freezed when i start playing Aion online once and in the same day of purchasing the computer

Try this:
It may be due to enabled selective suspend, You can change this in power management settings in windows. Look for advanced settings, under power plan probably.

You may also try to disable display scaling on high DPI settings, "Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows 7" when you rightclock a game or program icon.

Lastly, I´d advice you to upgrade free to Win10?

i tried who crashed it said its a problem with
igdkmd64.sys (Intel Graphics Kernel Mode Driver, Intel Corporation)

is that may cause the freeze ?

Ok try this.
Open Event Viewer -> Windows logs -> Application. Search for the latest error message (x with red circle).
Once selected (highlighted) the General (below section) will give you some hint regarding the error.
Copy that and paste it here.
To confirm whether the selected error event is the real cause search if there are mutiple enteries for the same error event (+check the time of the event if is matching the time when the system froze)

this and ! with circle
Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.
