Alright I have my new cpu : AMD 64x2 7750
I am purchasing my motherboard tonight:

ASUS M3A78-EM

I have a good idea of my case and psu

I just wanted some suggestions on memory.
Right now DDR2-800 seems like the best cost/performance ratio but wanted some suggestions on the best price/performance brand also.

Here's what I have been looking at :

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145184

or

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227199

or
this is DDR2-1066

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227289

I was afraid the OCZ 1066 might not fit on my micro atx board and if it does I wouldn't be able to add more.

Thanks for the help

neither, would check out the g.skills PI Black 2x2gb.
tighter timing and same price at ddr2 800.

getting ddr2 1066 would be in use for a more higher gaming rig for oc'ing in most cases.

Im assuming you are on a tight budget due to the amd 64 x2 7750?

cause for more of a count the x2 6000+ would probably be my best bet.

which psu did you have in mind?

since when does every new pc being built have to be a quad core

some people don't need a quad core

this is coming from a guy who is upgrading from an old celeron d single core with a 400mhz fsb and 256mb ram

my mobo is am3 compatible as it were up to a 140w cpu so......

im tired of defending cpu choices
