I just the laptop in November - my old laptop that I had owned for ~4 years died on me.
The very first day with the computer, I was browsing the internet and it just froze. It froze for what seemed like over a minute.
Every day since, it's been doing this randomly. If I'm doing ANYTHING... if I have an application open, it'll just randomly freeze when I least expect it.
I can move the cursor around the screen, but other than that nothing responds. It sometimes lasts for over a minute and even sometimes over multiple minutes. I have to hold ctrl+alt+delete for a good 30+ seconds to open task manager before anything happens at all.
Sometimes my computer will just give up and restart itself when it freezes.
I know it's not anything I've done with it, because the store set it up, and it has been doing this since the first day I got it.
