Dear All,
Hope you could help me out because I am lost.
I build a pc a month ago and it randomly crashes when the DP (or HDMI cable) are plugged into the gpu. However when they are plugged into the Igpu it doesn´t crash. Crashes are characterized as follows.
When pc is Idle or running a browser Randomly the black screen (green for HDMI) appears. Generally within 40 minutes but sometimes within seconds of starting.this is followed by an automated restart.
When gaming or stresstesting it never crashed
when using Igpu it never crashed

I have been scouring Reddit and other locations for solutions. which have led me to the following process,
installing drivers
AMD cleanup
Reinstalling windows twice and reinstalling drivers, different versions of the drivers twice.
Tried enabling core performance boost disabling MPO
running MEMtest84, OCCT Heavenn to find out what is wrong but everything sais all is fine. But a pc that is fine doesnt crash constantly.
Disabling Igpu
(checked drivers with driver booster 11)

Specs everything is about 1 month old.
AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D Boxed
ASUS TUF Gaming B650-PLUS WIFI
ASUS TUF Gaming Radeon RX 7900 XTX OC Edition 24GB GDDR6
Scythe Fuma 3
G.Skill Flare X5 F5-6000J3238F16GX2-FX5
Kingston KC3000 2TB
Corsair RM850x SHIFT ATX3.0
Fractal Design North - TG Clear Chalk White
BIOS version 1636
Sometimes my gpu gives errors but not often generally it is just a crash
Event viewer shows the following
LSA package is not signed as expected. This can cause unexpected behaviour with Credential Guard.
6155
Error 41 Kernel Power
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

I think either the PSU, grphics card or Motherboard has a problem. But for me it is very hard to figure out which one.
I don´t have an extra gpu btw
hope this is enough info I don´t have a crashdump at the present moment

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

BIOS version 1636

You have BIOS versions pending update. I would advise on flashing the BIOS to the latest version.

If you think it's the PSU, source a higher wattage, similarly built unit and power your system with it. If you think it's a driver issue, use DDU to remove your GPU drivers(Intel, Nvidia and AMD) then manually reinstall with the latest driver sourced from AMD's support site, in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

You might want to stop using that app as it's been known to brick functioning hardware recommending drivers it thinks is right. I advise you to cross reference all product manufacturer sites to see if you're pending any updates, manually uninstalling/reinstalling the latest drivers.

ok I updated the bios version to 2214, and removed driver booster. Is there a difference between a full einstallation of windows and DDU.? PSU power is good for stresstests and heavy games but not good enough for Idle. Could that truly be a power problem? If so maybe I should return it
