My newly built pc isn't turning on

When I turn on the power, absolutely nothing happens. My specs:

PSU- Corsair CX600
CPU Cooler- Corsair h55
Graphics card- GTX 1060
Mobo- MSI H110M Gaming
CPU- i5-6600k
Hard drive- Wd Blue 1tb
Case- Thermaltake Versa N21

I've confirmed I don't have extra standoffs, everything is plugged in correctly, and my CPU is in the right way.

Try leaving only CPU and CPU cooler installed, both 24 and 4/8 pin power cables connected. No other components or wires. Start the board by shortly touching with a screwdriver the 2 pins on the board corresponding to the case power button. See if the radiator fan does spin.

Double-check your 24 pin cable is seated well sometimes those can pull out while you finish building. Also double-check your front panel headers are all connected properly.

Also check to see if you've actually turned the PSU on. I've done that before after cleaning dust

Nothing happened. Nothing spun and no LED's turned on.

Also breadboarded. Seems safe to say I need a new mobo.

If it does, then it might be a board issue.

Certainly try this PSU test. If the PSU tests works then it is very likely a motherboard issue and if the PSU tests fails then the PSU is faulty.

Tried it, PSU works just fine.

Then it looks like a board issue. Try RMA-ing it.

Agree, this really seems like a motherboard issue with all the diagnostic steps you have taken. Like Alexoiu said I would RMA the motherboard at this juncture.
