I have the Asus ROG Strix Z390-E, which has an LED that shows what the error is when it doesnt boot properly.
But the thing is, that each time i boot it up it changes. Sometimes its the rams fault, sometimes its the CPU. And sometimes it just lights green and it works perfectly fine and i can even use the PC.

I'm honestly lost at this point and i have no idea what to do

With changing errors the common denominator is likely the PSU.

PSU: Make, model, wattage, age, condition?

Power down, unplug, and open the case.

Check that all connections, cables, cards, jumpers, etc.. are fully and firmly in place.

If no problems are found therein, then you should test the PSU.

Get help from a knowledgeable family member or friend if you are not familiar with using a multimeter.
