Question My newly built pc shut off while playing video games but was perfectly fine before that happened

I have just built my Pc and I had been playing games for about 2 weeks but last night while playing battlefront it just randomly shut off and wont turn back on.

I have unplugged everything and replugged it but that did nothing but turn it on for split-seconds at a time and the lights on the motherboard still remain on and working perfectly fine.

Specs
ASUS tuf x570 with wifi motherboard
ryzen 5 3600 CPU
Radeon rx 580-gigabyte GPU
corsair 650w PSU
Samsung 970 Evo plus SSD m.2
Seagate 2 TB hard drive
CPU cooler is Coolermaster hyper 212

any idea what it could be. i just tried unplugging my HDD and taking out ones stick of ram and still did not turn on
