My newly built PC won't boot after installing the graphics card (GTX 660). Once I remove the graphics card everything works fine. I'm using a 475 watt PSU so it should be able to power the card, What should i do now?
Yes, majority of Cooler Master PSU's are garbage and yours is one of them. Here are some real quality units that I would recommend. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207013

475w is cutting it a little bit close for a 660, what kind of unit is it? Cheap units often times won't even get close to their stated wattage which sounds exactly like whats happening here.
