[SOLVED] My newly built pc won't boot and has a orange flash

Hello, I recently upgraded my motherboard and CPU, when I boot my pc up it lights up orange in the top right corner near the RAM and then under that after a while there's a red light then the pc shuts off, any idea how to fix or what I could of done wrong when I built it, what does the orange flash mean I can't find it jn the Manuel but I think it might have something to do with the memOK button? Thanks
