This is really bizarre, because I just built the same exact system (except I added a video card) and it also will not turn on! There is NO power coming out of the EVGA power supply. The fan in the power supply does not even turn on. I disconnected all the outputs from the power supply and tried again. Nothing! That's when I learned about the paper clip test for a power supply.

Have you tested the power supply? Google the paper clip test for psu. It involves sticking a paper clip into the 20 pin connector (shorting pins 15 and 16) to turn it on.

After I confirmed that it wasn't the power supply, I plugged everything back in and it worked.
