[SOLVED] My newly installed SSD is not showing up anywhere

So I got a WD BLUE 250gb SSD that I newly installed along with my existing HDD that currently holds everything on my PC. I am trying to move some of my steam games onto it, but my SSD isn't showing up anywhere in File Explorer or anywhere else in settings. I have already tried Disk Management to initialize it, but it isn't showing as unallocated, or showing up at all. It's kind of confusing because it says there is a drive that is already initialized that has 260gb, not 250gb, and it has 100% space free (i'm thinking it is the SSD at that moment) but wont let me do anything with it when I right click it. Sorry this was a lot, but if anyone could help, it would be much appreciated! FYI I am on a windows 10 system.

I actually got it figured out. I was searching on the internet for an hour about this before I posted this, but I was overthinking it all along. I just got anxious and to humor myself I put it in a different slot and it appeared in Disk Management and I am able to configure it now. Thank you for taking the time to read this and reply fast though!
