my newly installed windows 7 pc wont start

so i have a windows 8.1 pc.i don't like windows 8.1 so i installed windows 7 and after i restarted to finish the setup it won't start it shows the windows 7 logo but stops there i tried to go into safe mode but it shows loading drivers but stops there

Not surprising, your machine likely doesn't have Windows 7 compatible drivers, so stop trying. If you don't like 8.1, you can probably upgrade to Windows 10 without much issue, and both are far better than Win 7.

Just reformat to the Windows 8.1 that it came with. If you lost the install media and recovery partition, http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/create-reset-refresh-media
