My NTLDR is missing!

Apparently, my NTLDR is missing, or thats what my computer says when I try to boot it up! What's a NTDLR, and where did mine go?!

My system crashed...the hard drive spooled up and windows started, but then shut down before I could insert my Windows cd.

My HD was under warranty, so I had it replaced. I installed it and was able to run the WD Data Lifeguard program, but wasn't able to install Windows.

I just get

NTLDR is missing
