My num key is restarted again and again

can please any one help.num key keep restarting and enable the toggle key pop up again and again

1| Can you please pass on your full system's specs inclusive of your OS and connected peripherals?
2| Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date alongside your chipset and USB drivers? Have you tried to remove your keyboard and physically plug it into another port?
3| If you're on Windows OS, see if you can get into Device Manager and take note of any devices that may have a yellow exclamation mark under them.
