[SOLVED] My nvidia cards drivers won’t download

Hi! So I have recently purchased a nvidia graphics card and I’m getting an error message every time i try to install the drivers. It says “This Nvidia Graphics Driver Is Not Compatiable with This Version of Windows” I’m using an exp gdc dock on a Toshiba satellite c75d-a. I don’t know what to do. I have the most recent version of windows. There’s a windows cumulative update that hasn’t installed and whenever I try to install it I error code 0x800f081f occurs and it doesn’t install. I don’t know if this means anything though. The graphics card shows up in device manager as Microsoft basic display adapter. Help!

Sorry I don’t know what that means. All I know is that I went to nvidia’s website and manually searched and downloaded the 1650 drivers
