So i have Lenovo Z580 with

4GB DDR3 1333MHz
I5-3210M
Nvidia GT 630M 1GB DDR3
500GB HDD
Windows 7 Home Basic

So I think that my gpu is throttling because Any game starts good with fps.. for expample BFBC2 at first runs with 55+ FPS... but suddenly after few minutes like after 30 minutess it gets very hot(80-90 celsius) and fps drops near 35 fps.. then i disconnect the power adapter then reconect it then again i get high fps(50-60) for a few seconds then again low fps... so what the heck is the problem.. i think that its throttling.. any ways to fix it??

your gpu is throttling because its too hot and its programmed to protect other components in the laptop chasis. a non-gaming laptop will not have the necessary cooling to cool the discrete gpu. your best option is to get a decent laptop cooler with fans blowing air directly onto the vent over the discrete gpu.

+1 to this.

I can only add that cleaning up the vents (also, keeping a clear space for the notebook) is a very good idea. If you can and want, that is.

And just to add more info, not only the GPU could be throttling, but the CPU as well. Game usually push both components to their thermal limits in notebooks, so you could also play with the CPU: core affinity and turbo.

Cheers!
