[SOLVED] My nvidia gt730 4gb vram crashes after its using more than 2gb of vram

Ok so i have an issue when my gpu uses 2,1gb vram it crashes the game and shows gpu or driver related error (on gta v and just cause 3 for now) i dont have any stutters or low fps on both games but they only run 3 mins before gpu reaches 2,1 gb vram ussage and crashes the game
Oh i forgot to tell you about the event viewer
I checked it and it showed a warning
Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered.
Help?

try removing all GPU driver related files and settings using DDU.
then reinstall the latest standard driver package for your GPU directly from Nvidia.

Do i go in device manager and press on my gpu properties and uninstall drivers option and then download the latest driver from nvidia website?
If im somewhere wrong im not sure how to do it can you please tell me step by step?
